<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 19, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 19, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1200 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted April 5, <br />1965, a report has been prepared by the Village Public Works Director <br />wi th reference to the improvement of Ryan Avenue between Prior Avenue <br />and a cul-de-sac approximately 450 feet to the west by installation of <br />sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street surfacing, curb and <br />gutter, together with the necessary ~cquisition of right-of-way and this <br />report was received by the Council on April 19, 1965; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $17,000.00. <br /> <br />2. Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the 17th day of May, 1965, in the Council Chambers of the <br />Village Hall at 7:30 P.M., and the Clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded <br />by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being held thereon, all members voted in <br />favor thereof. <br />
