<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD MAY 17, 1965. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />May 17, 1965 at 7:GO p.m. The following members were <br />present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 0 ,1222 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined a <br />traffic hazard exists by reason of Snelling Curve intersection <br />with Trunk Highway #51. <br /> <br />NO\v, THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC IL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA.. AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />10 That the Village Manager together with <br />the Public Works Director are instructed to close Snelling <br />Curve to public traffic at its intersection with Trunk <br />Highway #51. <br /> <br />2. Said Snelling Curve shall remain closed <br />for a distance of One Hundred Feet (1001) east of its <br />intersection with Trunk Highway #51, until further order of <br />the Village Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields ,and upon <br />
