<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 30th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1319 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 65-17 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS contracts have been let for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 65-17 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the legal <br />notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $39,763.49 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the making of said improvement amount to $6,282.98 so that the total <br />cost of the improvement will be $46,046.47, and of this cost the village <br />will pay $1,885.42 as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
