ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Wednesday, January 7, 1987 The January 7, 1987, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at 7:30 p.m. Members Present: Berry, Goedeke, Johnson, Maschka, and Moeller. Members Absent: DeBenedet. Staff Present: Dahlgren, Janisch, and Waldron. Council Present: Al Kehr. Pat Johnson first thanked the Planning Commission for its support of her, and she informed the group that she certainly looked forward to working with the Commission as its Chairperson. Approval of Minutes Berry moved, Moeller seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission meeting held December 3, 1986, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Nays: Berry, Goedeke, Johnson, Maschka, and Moeller. None. Review of New Tax Increment Districts Craig Waldron reviewed the new Tax Increment Districts for the Planning Commission. He stated that three districts were being added, two of which were twenty-five year districts and one of which was an eight year district. Waldron discussed the required "but for" provisions and pointed out that tax increment funds will be utilized for specific projects and possibly for payments relating to existing bonds. Maschka moved, Berry seconded, that the Planning approve the new Tax Increment Districts, and has found consistent with the City's development program and the sive Plan of the City. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
