COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: None. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />(a) Plan nine File 2716: Roseville Area High School and Grace Church of Roseville <br />request for the vacation of Dellwood Street and a variance to the setback require- <br />ments of the zoning ordinance at 2365 Dellwood Street. (The applicant has asked <br />that this item be continued indefinitely.) <br /> <br />(b) Plannine File 2725: Harstad Homes, Inc. request for concept approval of a <br />Planned Unit Development consisting of26 townhomes, a rezoning from R-l to <br />residential Planned Unit Development (PUD), and preliminary and final plat <br />approval on land generally located west of the intersection of Owasso Boulevard <br />South and Western Avenue. Harstad Homes, Inc. also requests a change in the <br />Comprehensive Plan map designation of the site from low density residential to <br />medium density residential.
