<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Minutes for October 5, 2005Page 1 of 11 <br />C C <br />ITYOUNCIL <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, October 5, 2005 <br />1.Call to Order <br />Vice Chair Mary Bakeman called the October 5, 2005 regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning <br />Commission to order at 5:30 p.m., in the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. <br />2.Welcome, Roll Call <br />Present: Bakeman, Doherty, Pust, White, Wozniak, Traynor (late), Boerigter (late) <br />Absent: <br />Staff present: Thomas Paschke, Dennis Welsch, Deb Bloom <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Pust, to approve minutes of September 7, <br />2005, with correction of typographic errors. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 0 <br />Motion carried: 5-0 <br />Member Boerigter joined the meeting <br />4.Communications from the Public <br />a.From the Public: none <br />b.From Commission: none <br />5.Public Hearings <br />a.Planning File 3665: Request by Ron Anderson for a PRELIMINARY PLAT to create a 10 lot <br />single family subdivision, including a new public road with utility extensions, on the existing <br />single family lots addressed as 952, 960 and 978 Parker Avenue. <br />Chair Bakeman opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke to provide a <br />verbal summary of the project report dated October 5, 2005. Paschke explained that Ron Anderson <br />(Ron Anderson Custom Homes) seeks approval of a PRELIMINARY PLAT to subdivide 3.73 acres <br />encompassing 952, 960, and 978 Parker Avenue into a 10 lot single family residential development- <br />-meeting all requirements of Section 1004 and 1100 of the Roseville City Code. <br />The property has a Comprehensive Land Use designation of 'LR', Low Density Residential, is <br />http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/minutes/2005/pm051005.htm12/27/2005 <br /> <br />
