<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Minutes for September 6, 2006http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/minutes/2006/pm0906.htm <br />C ITY C OUNCIL <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, September 6, 2006 <br />1.Call to Order <br />Planning Commission Chair Mark Traynor called to order the meeting of the Planning Commission at 6:43 PM and <br />welcomed those in attendance; reviewing the purpose of the meeting and the Public Hearing procedure. <br />2.Roll Call and Introductions <br />Present: Commissioners Joe Wozniak; Jim Doherty; Mary Bakeman; Daniel Boerigter; and Chair Mark Traynor. <br />Excused: Commissioner Dan Roe <br />Staff present: Community Development Director John Stark; City Planner Thomas Paschke; Associate Planner Bryan <br />Lloyd; City Engineer Debra Bloom; and Recording Secretary, Sheila Stowell. <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Doherty, to approve meeting minutes of August 2, 2006 <br />as amended. <br />Corrections: <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4.Communications and Recognitions <br />a.From the Public: <br />None <br />b.From the Commission: <br />None <br />5.Public Hearings <br />a. <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT for 2201 Acorn Road <br />Chair Traynor opened the Public Hearing. <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd reviewed the proposal of Mr. Mueller, 2201 Acorn Road, for subdivision of his <br />1.9-acre parcel into four (4) single-family residential lots served by a private street. The proposal would require a <br />Rezoning from R-1, Single-Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of <br />R-1, Single-Family Residence District, and would not require an amendment to the Roseville Comprehensive Land <br />Use Map designation of Low Density Residential. <br />1 of 102/6/2007 11.15 <br /> <br />
