<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF mE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD APRIL 11, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 11. 1966. <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1501 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND ORDERING FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of Terrace <br />Drive from St. Albans Street to County Road C, Wheaton Avenue from <br />Terrace Drive to east of Iona Lane and lona Lane from St. Albans to <br />Wheaton by installation of hot mix paving and concrete curb and gutter <br />filed with the Council on March 31. 1966, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. <br /> <br />This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota <br />Statutes Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2) The petition is hereby referred to the Village Public Works <br />Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br />speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being held thereon, all <br />voted in favor thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
