EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD APRIL 11. 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Minnesota. was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 11. 1966. at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm. Trustees Curley. Goodrich. Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1502 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR SANITARY SEWER ON WAGNER STREET WHEREAS. it is proposed to improve Wagner Street between the east line of Chandler Avenue and the west line of Western Avenue and Woodruff Avenue between the south right-of-way line of Wagner Street and the south right-of-way line of Glenwood Avenue by installation of sanitary sewer and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111. (Laws 1953) Chapter 398 as amended; NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA That the proposed improvement referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is requested to report to council with all convenient speed. advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasibile and as to whether it best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields. and upon a vote being held thereon. all voted in favor thereof. WHEREUPON. said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
