EXTRACT OF MINlJfES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 18, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 18th day of April, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLlJfION NO. 1508 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution the Council adopted June 14, 1965, a report has been prepared by the Village Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Lovell Avenue between the center line of Dale Street and the center line of St. Albans Street by installation of hot mix paving and concrete curb and gutter, and this report was received by the council on April 18, 1966; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council considered the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended), at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $7,276.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 16th day of May, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of said hearing as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
