EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF 1HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 18, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 18th day of April, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1509 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting improvement of Terrace Drive from St. Albans Street to County Road C, Iona Lane from St. Albans Street to Wheaton Avenue, and Wheaton Avenue east of Iona Lane to Terrace Drive by installation of hot mix paving and concrete curb and gutter was duly presented to the Council on the 11th day of April, 1966; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted April 11, 1966, a report has been prepared by the Village Public Works Director with reference to the improvement and this report was received by the Council on April 18, 1966; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named in the location of the improvement. 2. The Council finds and determines that said petition signed by all owners for real property abutting upon such streets indicates that they will assume 100% of the cost of such improvement as special assessments. 3. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted April 11, 1966. 4. The Village Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifi- cations for making such improvement.
