<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 29, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 29th day of August, <br />1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and <br />Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1601 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutionsof the Council adopted <br />April II, 1966, and June 18, 1966, reports have been prepared by <br />the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of <br />Wagner Street between Chandler Avenue and Western Avenue and <br />Woodruff Avenue between Glenwood Avenue and Wagner Street by in- <br />stallation of sanitary sewer and municipal water main , together <br />with its appurtenances, and these reports were received by the Council <br />on August 8, 1966; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street <br />in accordance with the repor~and assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) <br />at an estimated total cost of both improvements of $58,310.00. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements <br />on the 24th day of October, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village <br />Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Village Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing of the improvements as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being held thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolutiDn was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
