<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September 12, 1966 <br /> <br />A regular me€ting of the Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on September 12, 1966, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Grauel and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Cedarholm and Trustee Goodrich <br />The Clerk presented to the Council the proposed assessment <br /> <br />roll for <br /> <br />Improvement 65-34 <br /> <br />prepared by him with <br /> <br />the assistance of the engineers as directed by the Council on <br /> <br />August 15, 1965, and reported that the assessment roll is now on <br /> <br />file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Member Cur ley <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1615 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ASSESSIU;NTFOa STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-34 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for Street <br />Improvement No. 65-34 , now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the Village Clerk, is approved, and <br />the Clerk 1s directed to publish and mail notice that the Council <br />will meet to consider the proposed assessment on October 10, 1966 <br />at the Village Hall in the Village of Rosevi11e, at 7:30 o'clock <br />
