EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of March, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Johnson and the following were absent: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, V. P. Johnson. Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8908 RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS AT 711 AND 725 LARPENTEUR AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said utility easements in the city of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that in accordance with an approved PUD plan, the said easements are not needed, and that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said utility easements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the utility easements over the property described as follows: Lot 3, Asylum Outlots except the east 120 feet thereof Lot 4, Asylum Outlots The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
