<br />Resolution No. ..l:L. <br /> <br />Adopted July 1, 1949 <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Fire Equipment Inventory dated July 1, 1949, showing <br />a total valuation of $23,541.68 be and it hereby is approved. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that the proposed division of the above amount as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Village of Roseville <br />To'toll of Rose <br /> <br />( 59%) <br />(41%) <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />$13,893.13 <br />9.6~r5~ <br />$23,5 1.6 <br /> <br />The Town of Rose share to be fUrther divided as follows: <br /> <br />Village of Lauderdale <br />Village of Falcon Heights <br /> <br />(24.9%) <br />(75.1%) <br /> <br />$2,403.98 <br />7,250.55 <br /> <br />be and it hereby is approved. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that the delivery to the Village of r'alcgn Heights at: <br />equipment shown on the said inventory inclucing the 500 gallon fire engine <br />of a total value of $10,877.55, to be used by the Village of ~alcon Heights <br />to set up its fire department, be and it hereby is approved, and that tIE <br />excess of this value over the Town of Rose share of the equipment, $1,223.00 <br />be paid on or before August 1, 1949. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Village of Hoseville hereby agrees that, until <br />deli very of the new pU'nper ordered by the Village of lioseville and upon <br />request of the Chief or officer in charge of the .Falcon Heights Fire <br />Department it will send its tank truck with a driver and one man to fires <br />in the Villages of Falcon Heights and Lauderdale, without charge; this <br />agreement to be conditioned upon the agreement of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights for the same period upon the request of the Chief or officer in <br />charge of the Roseville Fire Department, to send the 500 Gallon fire <br />engine with a driver and one man to fires inithe Village of' Roseville, <br />without charge. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
