<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on MondaY3 <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />, 196-2--, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Grauel, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1824 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING TO SANITARY SEWER & WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-46 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer & Water Improvement No. 65-46 <br /> <br />as adopted on October 10, 1966, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of <br /> <br />the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following de- <br /> <br />scribed properties: <br />
