<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the <br />twenty-second day of March, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and <br />V. Johnson and the following were absent: P. Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilperson Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8913 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT, ORDERING <br />CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, W-92-21, THEREFORE <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by resolution adopted May 26, 1992, the Counqil directed the <br />City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility of the proposed improvement W-92-21, water booster station <br />improvements. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Director was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have <br />been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and <br />directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The <br />improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as W-92-21. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE: <br /> <br />1. The feasibility report for project W-92-21 is hereby received. <br /> <br />2. The City Council does hereby determine and order that said <br />improvement shall be constructed and financed. <br /> <br />3. The City's consultant, TKDA and Associates of st. Paul, is <br />designated as the engineer for the project and they are directed to <br />prepare and submit to the council the final plans and <br />specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by councilperson Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and <br />V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
