<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuan1: to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 12th day of April, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman" and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8921 <br /> <br />SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of <br />Minneso1:a, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classifica- <br />tion and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of <br />certain City employees in 1993: <br /> <br />Classification <br /> <br />1993 Yearly <br />Salary Ranqes <br /> <br />Police Secretary <br />Administrative Secretary <br />License Bureau Supervisor <br />Engineering Supervisor <br />Fire Marshal <br /> <br />$21,700 - <br />28,000 - <br />32,200 - <br />36,800 - <br />36,800 - <br /> <br />$27,100 <br />35,000 <br />40,300 <br />46,000 <br />46,000 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution <br />provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to $290 <br />per month. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
