<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 25, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the <br />Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 25th day of September, <br />1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Goodrich, Curley and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN GRAUEL introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1922 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve the property abutting Rose <br />Place immediately west of the Minnesota Transfer Railway tracks by <br />installation of sanitary sewer, and to assess benefitted property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement. pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville. Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to <br />the Public Works Director for a study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />council in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by COUNCILMAN GOODRICH and upon vote being taken thereon the <br />following voted in favor thereof: all present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
