EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25`~ day of February 2008, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan, Roe, and Klausing; <br />and Member Kough was absent. <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10601 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CLIFFORD <br />AND MARYLIN SNYDER AT 2217 SNELLING AVENUE (PF08-004) <br />WHEREAS, Clifford and Marylin Snyder own the property at 2217 Snelling Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Section 9 Township 29 Range 23 the N 80 feet of the E 328.83 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE <br />1/4 of the SE 1/4 (subject to Highway and easement) in Section 9 Township 29 Range 23 <br />PIN: 09-29-23-44-0002 <br />WHEREAS, through the applicant, Steve Allen, the property owners seek to allow anoff- <br />sale liquor store, which is a conditionally permitted use in the applicable General Business <br />Zoning District; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 6-1 to recommend approval of the request <br />based on public comment and the comments and findings of the staff report dated February 6, <br />2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on, or value of, nearby <br />properties and will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of <br />Roseville; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section § 1013.01 of the <br />Roseville City Code, contingent upon the current applicant, Steve Allen, applying for and <br />obtaining a liquor license for the premises; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
