EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of April, 2008, at 6:00 o'clock p.m.
<br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Roe, Pust and Klausing and the following were absent:
<br />Councilmember Ihlan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION 10611
<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS
<br />FOR COUNTY ROAD C STREETSCAPE PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and
<br />specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on Thursday,
<br />March 20, 2008, at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received
<br />complyin with the advertisement:

<br />Peterson Co., Inc. $592,250.55
<br />Noble Nurse Retail, Inc. $595,917.23
<br />Hoffman-McNamara Co. $612,922.82
<br />Do-Ri ht Construction $632,699.60
<br />Sunram Construction, Inc. $686,481.58
<br />Fitol Hintz Construction, Inc $688,328.00
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Park Construction Co, of Hampton, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder
<br />at the tabulated price of $579,927.77, and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Park
<br />Construction Co for $579,927.77 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements
<br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file
<br />in the office of the City Manager.
<br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
<br />made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
<br />retained until contracts have been signed.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Klausing and upon vote
<br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor Ihlan, Roe, Pust and Klausing and the following voted
<br />against the same: none.
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
