EXTRACT OF HINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD DECEMBER 20, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, r4innesota was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevi11e, Minnesota, on the 20th day of December, 1967 at 5:00 P.M. The following members were present: Shields, Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the following were absent: None ~1ayor Cedarholrn, Councilmen Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2006 RESOLUTION REGARDING TRANSFER OF MONIES WITHIN THE 1967 BUDGET WHEREAS, projected expenditure reports as of December 31, 1967, indicate that certain transfers of additional appropriation to various accounts in the General Fund are necessary in order to meet the obligations of these accounts in 1967; NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the following budgetary funds and accounts be increased and decreased as indicated: Fund - General Budgetary Account Elections Village Hall Maintenance Animal Control Street Lighting Insurance Finance Street Increase in appropriation Increase in appropriation Increase in appropriation Increase in appropriation Increase in appropriation Reduction in appropriation Reduction in appropriation $ 200 500 400 600 100 200 1,600 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
