<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was d11l\r held in the <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />1.9th <br /> <br />day of February <br /> <br />, 196~ 7230 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />LinebarQ'er and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING ro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />REIATDO TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-17 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHER.EA.S the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 65-17 as <br />finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965 was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br />WBEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionmen~ of <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br /> <br />sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br />that the proper assessmmt can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br />of prpperty thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence <br />
