'A.... / ..It ?'f{~/?V--( and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that through its continued rapid growth it <br />is likely to reach a population of more than 50,000 within a f'ew years, <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been an e rlended commercial and business <br />development, including a large nUll1ber of' retail business enterprises of' <br />national scope, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in addition to the already established large industrial <br />plants there is being developed a large industrial area for industrial <br />expaDSion, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is essential to establish a Roseville post office to <br />adequately render postal service to this large and fast growing Village, <br /> <br />NOll, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rosevil1e Village Council <br />request and urge Postmaster S. A. Bertelsen of Saint Paul to take necessary <br />steps to establish a Roseville postoffioe. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this Resolution be mailed to <br />Postmaster S. A. Bertelsen, Saint Paul, Minnesota, Postmaster Gener~, <br />Washington, D.
