<br />Resolution No. -1i. <br /> <br />Adopted July 25,1950 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the majority of the owners of property abutting on that part of <br />lone Street, and that part of Dellwood Avenue, lying and being in the <br />following described property; <br />"That part of Block 3 "Gottfried", according to the original plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, and that part of lone Street and <br />Dellwood Avenue. as dedicated in the said plat of "Gottfried" together <br />with that part of the S.W. i of the S.E. i of Section 15, TO~nlship 29, <br />Range 23, lying within the following described bounds; Beginning a.t <br />the intersection of the South line of Crawford Street (as dedicated <br />in the plat of "Krannak" on file and of record :in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota.), extended west, <br />with the West line of Fernwood Avenue as opened; thence West along <br />South line of Crawford Streel extended 472.66 feet to the Easterly <br />line of the land conveyed to the County of Ramsey bytieed recor~";J) <br />page 453, Book 1279 of Deeds, themee Northwesterly along said ~asterly <br />line of land conveyed to Ramsey County 609.98 feet to a point; thence <br />Northeaster~1 in a straight line 60 feet to the Northwest corner of <br />Lot 11, Block 3, in said plat of "Gottfried"; thence East alorl8 the <br />North line of Lots 11 to 18 inclusive, in said Block 3,715.36 feet <br />to the Northeast corner of Lot 18 in said Block 3 "Gottfried"; thence <br />South 562.46 feet to place of beginning, <br />in the Village of Roseville, i"linnesota, }tave requested the Village Council <br />in a Petition dated July 5th, 1950, to vacate such street s according to <br />law, <br />AND WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 25th, 1950 before the <br />Village Council in the Village Hall on such Petition after due published <br />and posted notice had been given by the Clerk on July 5th, 1950, and all <br />persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />.AND WHEREAS, it appeared that it will ~ for the best interest of the <br />Village to approve such Petition, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such Petition is hereby granted <br />and the streets above mentioned are hereby vacated as public streets. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
