EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 29~' day of June, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Ihlan, Roe, and Klausing; <br />and the following Members were absent: Pust. <br />Council Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10721 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAILER SALES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH §1007.015 AND §1014.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR TWIN CITY TRUCK SALES & SERVICE LTD AND CLEANCO TRUCK WASH <br />(PF09-015) <br />WHEREAS, Cleanco Truck Wash owns the property at 2209-2229 County Road C2; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />See attached Exhibit A for legal description <br />PIN: OS-29-23-13-0007 <br />WHEREAS, through the applicant, Twin City Truck Sales & Service, Ltd., the property owners <br />seek to allow the sale of light-duty trailers which is a conditionally permitted use in the <br />applicable General Industrial Zoning District; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL USE, voting 7-0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />public comment and the comments and findings of the staff report dated June 3, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE will not adversely affect conditions on, or value of, nearby properties and <br />will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request for a CONDITIONAL USE in accordance with Section § 1014.01 of the Roseville <br />City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Outdoor display area shall be limited to 3,000 square feet; <br />b. Outdoor display area and the lot area between the outdoor display area and <br />adjacent property lines shall conform to the standard City Code requirements for <br />industrial properties including, but not limited to, parking area setbacks, site <br />landscaping, paving, and storm water mitigation; and <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
