<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD May 13, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, wa s duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 13, 1968 <br />at 7:30 P.H. <br /> <br />The following members were pre sent: 11 <br />l,ayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Curley, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shie Ids introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the District Court of Ramsey County, on April <br />26, 1968, filed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order for <br />Judgment in an action entitled Ferdinand A. Bucher vs. the Village <br />of Roseville, a municipal corporation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has been advised by the <br />Village attorney that there is good reason to believe that the Minnesota <br />Supreme Court will reverse the Ram sey County Di strict Court; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village attorney is hereby directed to take all <br />necessary steps to submit the above mentioned case to the Minnesota <br />Supreme Court for review. <br /> <br />The motion for the ?dopt,ion of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Membe,r Gr'auel cnd upon vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />Grauel, Curley, Linebarger, Shields and Moll <br />
