<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~~ <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Rosevi11e has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Rosevi11e has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be in- <br />stalled, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Rosevi11e <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an <br />approximate depth of from 12 to 20 feet, together with ingress and <br />egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />An easement 20 feet in width, the center line of which <br />easement is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the West line of the <br />following parcel of land described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 <br />of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23: <br />thence West along the quarter line 1.70 chains to <br />place of commencement of land to be described: thence <br />West along ~ ~ line 18.20 chains to the Southwest <br />corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 11: <br />thence South along ~ ~ line 10 chains: thence due East <br />parallel to ~ ~ line 18.20 chains: thence North parallel <br />to the dividing line between Section 11 and Section 12 of <br />said Township and Range, 10 chains to the place of <br />commencement, excepting therefrom the West 590 feet, <br />said point of easement commencing at a point on the <br />West line of said parcel, being 80 feet North of the <br />Southwest corner of said parcel, thence North 560 00' <br />East approximately 735 feet to a point on the east line <br />of said parcel, saiad point being 490 feet north of the <br />Southeast corner of said parcel. <br /> <br />And a further temporary construction easement 30 feet in <br />width lying Northwesterly of and immediately adjacent to <br />the aforesaid 20 foot permanent easement. <br />
