#322 EXTRACT OF r<IINUTES OF MEETING CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, STATE OF MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the TTillar,e Hall at 2701 North Lexington Ave., st. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 12th day of January, 1960, at 8:00 P.M. The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene,Carlson,Flanagan, & Shields. and the following were absent: None Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution ~~d moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIGNMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANIT"~RY SmJER IHPROVEl,1ENT NO. I BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Hinnesota, as follovls: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for sanitary sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, vffiEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to S~nitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and 'dHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and "l,VHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1959 and thereafter, - NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties:
