EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTE~ffiER 30, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 30, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the fo Uowing members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 4008 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Hamline Avenue between the north right-of-way line of Larpenteur Avenue and the south right-of-way line of Garden Avenue by replacement of a three inch water main with a six inch water main and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended; NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Counci 1 in a pre liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None wtlliREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
