<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER <br />30, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village <br />on September 30[ 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Curley. Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.-iQj3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO RENAME ROSEVILLE MUNICIPAL GOLF <br />COURSE AS CEDARHOLM GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Emil F. Cedarholm was elected Mayor of <br />the Village of Roseville in 1956 and served four terms, <br />the last year of service being 1967, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council recognizes the many <br />outstanding achievements of Emil Cedarholm, a few examples <br />of which are: <br /> <br />1. Helped change Roseville from a struggling, <br />unknown community, to a prominent municipality, <br />and well recognized leader in the State of <br />Minnesota <br />
