<br />Ext:r8.et of Minutes of Ji1eeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey' <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pusuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Counej.l of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, .M..innesota, was dul:y held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, Hoseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />30th <br /> <br />day of September <br /> <br />, 196~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4018 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />CONSOLIDATED WATER ~WROVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered <br /> <br />62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964 was cer- <br /> <br />tified to the County Auditor of I~a.msey County and since that date a number of parcels <br /> <br />of property contained within said assessment roll as ~nended, have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the ori- <br /> <br />ginal assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br /> <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br />of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW., THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionnlent of original assessment against the following des- <br /> <br />cribed properties: <br />
