<br />RESOLUTION NO. 407 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF RO SEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, <br />Minnesota on Tuesday, December 6, 1960, at ~:OO o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees, <br />Carlson, Flanagan and Shields. <br /> <br />Trustee Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 407 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />LEXINGTON A VENUE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That the plans for Lexington Avenue, <br />Ramsey County Project 60-T.H. 10 be adopted. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville is hereby authorized to <br />prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Trustee Shields, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: ( 5 ) Ayes. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: ( 0 ) Nays <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
