RESOLUTION NO. 420 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF HOSEVILLE COlmTY OF RAHSEY STA TE OF FiINI'TESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof e a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey ounty, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North LeXington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota,on Friday, the 24th day of Februa~, 1961, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke and McGee and the following were absent: Trustee Shields Trustee Flanagan introduced the following resolution and ~oved its adoption: REOOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIOJ\llvIENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEidER IMPROVEHENT NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, l1inne- sota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Audi tor of Ramsey Co:mty and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and appor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Sani ta~ Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Seifer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said re solution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of 14unsey Co lmty on September 5, 1958 and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHERF~S, the County auditor of Ramsey County requires th8t apportionment of the original assessment against each originel tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in orderthat the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1961 and thereafter. NOW THEREFDHE, the Village Council of the VillAr e of Roseville does hereby made the following apportiomnent of original assessments as contained in said as sess- ment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the follow- ing described properties: Original assessment: Subj to Dellwood st. & ex N 197.55 ft of wi & ex N 66 ft of W 100 ft of E t & ex S 133 ft of W 327.51 it & ex N 150 ft of s 263 ft of E 168 ft! the N t of NW ~. of SW - of SE - 444 of Sec 10, T 29, R23. $1234.20
