RESOLUTION NO. 421 EXTRflCT OF MINUTES OF l1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE COUNTY OF RAMSEY STP,TE OF MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Ydnnesota, was Qlly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Friday, the 24th day of Februa~, 1961, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke and McGee and the following were absent: Trmstee Shields Trustee Reinecke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 421 REroLUTION RELATING 'IO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SE\.JER H1PROVEMENT NO. 2: BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, as fo llows : ~iHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 as finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey Con nty and,. WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and ar)portion- ment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on December 6, 1960 and adjourned to December 14, 1960 at which time assess- ments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 were amended as provider1 by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Decem 1::er 29, 1960 and \fHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made bv the Village Co!ncil of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper as'iessment can be extended by the County Audi- tor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1961 and thereafter. NO'/J THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original asc;essments as contained in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 and as amended as of December 14, 1960 against the following described properties:
