<br />Extract of !~nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County Of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the sixteenth day of December, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5008 <br /> <br />RESOWTION RELATING TO ESTABLISHING <br />THE LEVEL OF WIlLOW POND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed adviseable and necessary by the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville to establish a level of Willow Fond, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council passed on October 14, 1968, Resolution No. 4044, <br /> <br />authorizing the Public Works Director to establish said level, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has reviewed the water levels of Willow <br /> <br />Fond before and after the construction of Village Storm Sewer Improvement 65-7, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the available records indicate that the average normal pond elevation <br /> <br />was 905.0 based on U.S.G.S.(Mean Sea Level) prior to the installation of the outfall <br /> <br />structure located on the north side of Willow Fond, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the level of the overflow structure constructed on the north side of <br /> <br />Willow Fond under said Storm Sewer Improvement 65-7 was established at elevation <br /> <br />905.0 based on U.S.G.S.(Mean Sea Level). <br />
