EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of October, 1993, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following members were absent: None. Member V. Johnson moved that the following resolution be adopted. RESOLUTION NO. 9000 WHEREAS, Charles Kadrie has applied for a variance to Section 18.100 of the Roseville Zoning Code by requesting an expansion of an existing home and deck at 1281 Josephine Road; and WHEREAS, this variance requests an alteration of the home and deck to set within 17 feet of the nonnal high water line of Lake Josephine; and WHEREAS, the City Council has detennined that they will allow the alteration of the home and deck to within 26 feet 6 inches of the nonnal high water line of Lake Josephine; and WHEREAS, the City Council has detennined that this addition will be 28 feet in width, from east to west (or from one side of the addition to the other), that the addition will be 7 feet 6 inches over grade level, and that the height of the addition shall not exceed 18 feet; and WHEREAS, the City Council has detennined that they will not allow the construction of a proposed deck that would extend closer to the lake than the kitchen addition or any further shoreland encroachment on the lower level at 1281 Josephine Road. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville as follows:
