City of <br />L~~~ <br />~~~ <br />Minnesota, USA <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Minutes <br />City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, April 26, 2010 <br />1. Roll Call <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approx- <br />imately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for April: Ihlan; <br />Johnson; Roe; Pust; and Klausing). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. City <br />Finance Director Chris Miller served as Acting City Manager in the absence of City <br />Manager Bill Malinen. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />At the request of Mr. Miller, the agenda was amended to include an additional item under <br />the Consent Agenda, Item 7.f entitled, "Cellars Wines & Spirits Off-Sale Liquor License <br />at 2701 Lincoln Drive;" scheduling a public hearing on May 10, 2010 for the relocation <br />of an Off-Sale Liquor License for Cellars Wines & Spirits for potential relocation of their <br />current retail store at 1649 County Road C West, approximately 500 feet north of the cur- <br />rent location. <br />By consensus, the agenda was approved as amended. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any non- <br />agenda items. No one spoke. <br />4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br />ment Authority (HRA) Report <br />Councilmember Roe reminded the public of a recent ordinance addressing stormwater <br />runoff and illicit discharge to the City's stormwater system, asking that residents remove <br />grass clippings from the street or away from gutters to prevent them entering the system. <br />Mayor Klausing announced the upcoming community meeting on May 3, 2010 from 6:30 <br />- 8:30 p.m. at the Roseville Skating Center to receive additional information, offer public <br />comment, and be part of the decision-making for the 2011 budget process, as one of the <br />goals of the Imagine Roseville 2025 community visioning process. <br />Mayor Klausing announced upcoming Compost Classes beginning May 11, 2010; and the <br />truckload sale of rain barrels/compost bins beginning May 1, 2010. <br />Additional information on these items is available by contacting City Hall or via the <br />City's website. <br />5.
