EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day of May, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: none. <br />Councilperson Klausing introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10809 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT FOR FERRIS LANE <br />WHEREAS, a petition requesting the improvement of Ferris Lane between Gluek Lane and the cul-de-sac <br />has been submitted by the Homeowner's Associations; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br />1. A petition requesting the improvement of Ferris Lane between Gluek Lane and the cul-de-sac was <br />submitted by the Homeowner's Association, filed with the council May 10th, 2010, is hereby <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to Minn. Stat. § 429.035. <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for <br />affected parcels <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Roe and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
