<br />/0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />NO. 50! <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anderson-Erickson Construction Company, as developer, <br />has platted ANDERSON-ERICKSON ADDITION and ANDERSON-ERICKSON ADDITION <br />NO. 2 and therein dedicated certain streets known as BRENNER AVENUE, <br />MIDrON STREET and WOODLYNN AVENUE, and pursuant to certain provisions <br />of Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause <br />to be graded and stabilized, and has duly filed its certified check <br />for the completion of construction of said streets within said plats <br />as follows: <br />BRENNER AVENUE from Chatsworth St. to a point 268 feet west <br />MIDrON STREET from Brenner Avenue to Woodlynn Avenue <br />WOODLYNN AVENUE from Chatsworth Street to Milton Street, and <br />WHEREAS, Anderson-Erickson Construction Company has filed and, <br />also made its request for approval and the final acceptance of said <br />streets by the Village of Roseville, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said <br />streets and filed his certificate indicating that the construction <br />of said streets has been completed in accordance with all the require- <br />ments of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said <br />streets by the Village. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets - <br />Brenner Avenue from Chatsworth Street to a point 268 feet west, <br />Milton Street from Brenner Avenue to Woodlynn Avenue and Woodlynn <br />Avenue from Chatsworth Street to Milton Street, located in j~derson- <br />Erickson Addition and Anderson-Erickson Addition No. 2 - be and are <br />
