<br />.l!Ji:tract 01' t'u.nut.es of Meetlng 01 the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly neld in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Cur ley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. f. as amended and <br /> <br />adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll <br /> <br />have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original assess- <br /> <br />ment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper <br /> <br />assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property there- <br /> <br />after, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
