Johnson <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9012 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Boyer Ford Trucks has applied for a special use <br />permit for body repair work at their facility at 1975 Oakcrest <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned I -1 Light Industrial and <br />automotive body work is not a permitted use in the 1-1 district, <br />nor is said use listed as a "special use" in an 1-1 district. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application was submitted to the Planning <br />Commission and the Planning Commission has made the following <br />findings: <br /> <br />1) The site as it presently exists does not comply <br />with the design standards of Roseville Code Chapter 19. <br />Other similarly situated properties have been asked to <br />make improvements to comply with the design standards now <br />in place in the City. <br /> <br />2) The plans as submitted by the applicant do not <br />comply with the Code, and <br />
