EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTE~1BER 15, 1969 * * * * * * * .. .. * * * .. * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Vi 11 age Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Honday, the 15th day of September, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Grauel, and Linebarger and the following was absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5218 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 55-67-37 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No.67-37 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on October 8, 1969, at the Village Hall in the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 P.M. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area pro- posed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of the Village at least once, and shall be mai led to the owner of each parce 1 described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such as of August 28, 1969, on the records of Data Processing, Ramsey County. Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that Data Processing, Ramsey County, include his name on the records for this purposeo The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution \vas duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted agains t the same: None. \lliEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
