<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said city on Monday, the thirteenth day of December, 1993, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson P. Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9021 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-94-09 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an improvement is proposed in the City of Roseville by the <br />construction of a regional ponding facility in the Twin Lakes area and <br />to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the costs of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the consulting engineering <br />firm of Orr, Schelen, Mayeron & Associates, Inc. for study and they are <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
