<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, }unnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />11th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />,19f170, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br />-' <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5400 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENT <br />RELATING TO STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT 65- 38A <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-38A as <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1968, was certified to the County <br /> <br />Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property con- <br /> <br />tained within said assessment roll have been divided. and conveyed, it requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the <br /> <br />County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment against the following described properties: <br />
