<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD September 28, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the <br />28th day of September 1970, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5506 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br />Section 70.150 and 66.330 provides that the Village may certify to <br />the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to <br />be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises the ensuing year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit "N' attached hereto and made a part thereof <br />by reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the <br />Village limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water <br />service of the Village of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid <br />sewer and water charges as shown on the attached Exhibit" A" . <br /> <br />2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests <br />the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the <br />amount set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable in 1971. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution ll1'a5 declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
