Commission members may request that items be removed from the <br />Consent Agenda for further discussion). <br />6.Public Hearings <br />a.Planning File 3282: <br /> A request by the Capital City Investments LLP for consideration of a conditional <br />use permit to allow the operation and establishment of a bingo hall at 2525 Snelling Avenue. <br />b.Planning File 3277: <br /> A request by the McKinley Companies for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br />Amendment, Rezoning and a Planned Unit Development "General Concept Plan" for the <br />redevelopment of property at 2330 Lexington Avenue for use as a five-unit office condominium. The <br />proposal would require rezoning from R-1 Single Family to Planned Unit Development with a base <br />zoning of B-1, Limited Business District and a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment from High <br />Density Residential (HDR) to Business (B). <br />c.Planning File 3283: <br /> A request by Ryan Companies to amend the Centre Pointe Planned Unit <br />Development for the allowance of an additional 180,000 square feet of office building floor area and <br />consideration of a voluntary Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) specific to the Veritas site. <br />d.Planning File 3279: <br /> A request by the Robert Witt for a variance from the Section 1016 (Shoreland, <br />Wetland, and Storm Water Management) to the construction a 1,576 square foot walk-out rambler with <br />attached garage on property located at 353 South Owasso Boulevard. The specific variances are: to <br />locate the structure within the required 75 foot shoreland setback; allow a greater impervious area than <br />the required 25%; and a 23 foot variance from Section 1004.02D (Minimum Yard Requirements) to <br />allow a pre-existing detached garage to be located in the required front yard. <br />e.Planning File 3280: <br /> A request by Peter Vesterholt, 699 Heinel Circle, for a 5 and 23 foot variance <br />from Section 1004.02D (Minimum Yard Requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance to allow <br />construction of an attached garage into the required side and front yard (street side) setback. <br />f.Planning File 3284: <br /> A request by Charles Kadrie and ATP Minneapolis, Inc. for a conditional use <br />permit to allow the installation of a wireless telecommunication antenna on the roof of the Roseville <br />Professional Center, 2233 North Hamline Avenue. <br />g.Planning File 3270: <br /> (Continued from December 13) A request by the City of Roseville to amend <br />Section 1004.01A (Accessory Buildings in Residential Districts) for the purpose of clarifying rear yard <br />area and square footage maximums. <br />7.Presentations and Other Actions <br /> <br />8.Information, Reports and Other Business (verbal reports as time permits) <br />9.Adjournment <br /> <br />Return to Planning Commission <br />http://archive.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/agenda/2001/pa010110.htm10/22/2010 <br />
