Planning File 3327: <br /> A request by Bauer Homes for a Variance from Section 1004.02D4 (CornerLot <br />Setback) of the Roseville City Code. The parcel is located at 691 Heinel Drive. <br />6.Public Hearings <br />a.Planning File 3325: <br /> A request by Fred and Laurie Boucher for a Variance from Section 1004.01A5 <br />(Overall Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a 1,008 square foot detached <br />garage. This request is in addition to a previously requested variance (Section 1004.01A3) and a <br />conditional use permit. This property is located at 1166 Laurie Road and is legally as: Lot 9, Block 2, <br />Golden Oaks, Ramsey County, MN (PID #102923440050). <br />b.Planning File 3329: <br /> A request by Kathleen Agness for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br />Rezoning (from R-1 to B-1) to change the former Rymer Academy (allowed through a special use <br />THE APPLICANT HAS <br />permit) to an office use. The property is located at 2256 Lexington Avenue. <br />REQUESTED CONTINUANCE OF THIS APPLICATION – THE STAFF CONCURS WITH THIS <br />REQUEST. <br /> <br />c.Planning File 3333: <br /> A request by Roseville Covenant Church for a Variance from Section <br />1004.02A4 of the Roseville City Code to allow use of a home, closer than 30 feet from adjacent <br />residential uses, for church purposes. The property is located at 1380 County Road C2. <br />d.Planning File 3334: <br /> A request by Robert Reichenbach for a Variance from Section 1004.01A6 of <br />the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a kitchen addition on to the home.
