<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Agenda for July 10, 2002Page 1 of 1 <br />CC <br />ITYOUNCIL <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, July 10, 2002 <br />Call to Order <br />1. <br />Roll Call & Introductions <br />2. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />3. <br />a.Approval of the June 5, 2002 Planning Commission meeting minutes. <br />Communication from the Public <br />4. <br />a.Public Comment on items not on meeting agenda. <br />5.Consent Agenda: <br /> Section of agenda where the Planning Commission may vote on several items with one <br />motion. <br />a.None. <br />6.Hearings <br />a.Planning File 3408: <br /> Request by John Huppertz for a Variance to exceed the 30% lot coverage <br />requirement of Section 1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code, for <br />property located at 2465 Churchill Street. <br />b.Planning File 3412: <br /> Request by Wally McCarthy’s Auto Group in cooperation with the Salvation <br />Army for an Interim Use Permit to allow off-site storage of vehicles on the western portion of the <br />parking lot of the Salvation Army’s property at 2445 Prior Avenue. <br />c.Planning File 3411: <br /> Request by Synergy Motor Car Company in cooperation with Roseville <br />Properties for a Conditional Use Permit under Section 1007.02D12 and Section 1013 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow a leased portion of 1900 Oakcrest Avenue to be used as an auto rental <br />and leasing business. <br />d.Planning File 3410: <br /> Request by the B-Dale Club and the City of Roseville for a Variance to Section <br />1009 of the Roseville City Code, allowing the replacement of an existing sign into the required <br />setback for Dale Street.
