Planning File 3183. <br />A request by Bradley Operating Limited Partnership for the vacation of a portion of certain <br />utility and drainage easements on property generally known as 2100 Snelling Avenue (Har Mar Mall). <br />B. Planning File 3159. <br /> A request by Sunrise Assisted Living, Inc. for CONCEPT consideration of a Residential <br />Planned Unit Development (R-PUD) to REDEVELOP the four (4) acre Knights of Columbus site into a 79 unit, <br />three story, assisted living care facility. The proposal requires a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Business <br />(B) to High Density Residential (HD) and a rezoning from B1, Limited Business to Planned Unit Development with <br />an underlying zoning of R7, Apartment Park District, on property generally located at 2225 Snelling Avenue. <br />C. Planning File 3178. <br /> A request by Midland Hills Country Club, 2001 Fulham Street, for a Conditional Use <br />Permit (CUP) to allow the construction of a 12,325 square foot clubhouse on the site of the existing 1959 <br />Clubhouse. <br />D. Planning File 3172. <br />A requestby the City of Roseville to consider a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from <br />Business and High Density to Park and a rezoning from R-3A, B-1 and B-3 to R-1 (Single Family Residential), <br />property generally located at the southwest corner of Lexington Avenue and County Road B (currently known as <br />Lexington Park). <br />E. Planning File 3174. <br /> A request by the City of Roseville to re-affirm all zoning and comprehensive plan <br />amendments made in 1999. The amendments will then be submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review, <br />comment and approval. <br />F.
